Ho Chi Minh City, April 2025. At the heart of Nguyễn Huệ Pedestrian Street—an avenue emblematic of the city’s contemporary rhythm and commercial vitality—a nearly 30-meter-long sculptural installation quietly emerged.

April 30, 1975 is etched in history as a radiant milestone, marking the victory of the Vietnamese people after years of prolonged struggle.

As the city lights come alive, Nguyễn Huệ Walking Street reveals a new identity—radiant, dynamic, and full of inspiration. More than a familiar promenade for evening strolls and leisure, it becomes a cultural meeting point where contemporary artworks are displayed in the heart of the city.

The contemporary art exhibition “From the Victory of Bạch Đằng to the Great Victory of April 30, 1975”, held on Nguyễn Huệ Walking Street, became a remarkable cultural highlight commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.
